Fund Established For Family Of LAPD Officer Killed In Crash

LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - A fund has been established to assist the survivors of fallen LAPD Officer Nicholas Choung Lee.

A Blue Ribbon Trust account has been opened to help support the family of Officer Lee. He is survived by his wife and two young daughters.

Lee was killed when the patrol car he was driving in collided with a trash truck on Friday in Beverly Hills. A second LAPD officer was critically injured and was released from the hospital Saturday night, according to an LAPD spokesperson.
