Philadelphia Police have arrested 24-year old Kendall Davis from the Olney section of the city for his involvement in a hit and run car accident.

Police say Davis left the scene of a car accident on 13th and Market Streets on Friday, March 7.

A lieutenant was operating an unmarked police vehicle when he was struck by another vehicle. When the Lieutenant activated his light and sirens to stop the vehicle, it fled the scene.

After going over police radio, other responding officers in marked police vehicles located the vehicle and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled again and officers followed until the vehicle came to a stop at 5th and Oxford.

The driver exited the vehicle and fled into a warehouse and later apprehended by Canine and Swat. The passenger fled but was apprehended by members of the juvenile enforcement team and a second passenger was apprehended in the vehicle.

The Lieutenant sustained minor injuries and will seek treatment.

Davis is charged with Driving Under the Influence, Aggravated Assault, Fleeing Police, and related offenses.

Video games may be pure fantasy, but a violent action-adventure game called "Watch Dogs" has ignited a very real debate in one South Jersey community. Watch Dog allows players to adopt the persona of a James Bond-like computer hacker, chasing an evil mastermind. People say it's chock-full of foul language, sex and violence, features dark and foreboding backdrops. The latest version, which is due out this fall may be set in Camden.
