Suicide notes from teens accused of killing Windermere Police officer released

WINDERMERE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

The suicide notes from the two teens accused of shooting and killing Windermere Police officer Robert German were released Tuesday.

Several letters were released from 17-year-old Alex Hollinghurst and her boyfriend 18-year-old Brandon Goode.

The teens addressed both each other and family members in the series of letters.  

One letter detailed a plan for the two to get married and move far away together. Another described a relationship between mother and son.  

Another paper released had a simple laundry list of items including:

  • Food
  • Towels
  • Blankets
  • Mountain Dew

Officials say the letters were found on March 19th when the teens were reported missing.

Police say Officer Robert German stopped the teens and was shot in the process. The teens fled on foot but were found dead just feet away dead for apparent gun shot wounds.
