'Dial a Prayer' movie shoot closes down parts of Ferndale

FERNDALE, Mich. (WJBK) - Nine Mile Road west of Woodward Avenue was closed Tuesday morning for a movie shoot.

Local shops were open as the crew shoot 'Dial a Prayer' outside.

Brittany Snow and William H. Macy star in the film.

The weather changed continuously for the crew, going from sunny to cloudy and even snowy at times.
