TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - The lawyer hired by Gov. Chris Christie to review a traffic-blocking scandal that has engulfed Christie's administration will release his findings.

Randy Mastro has scheduled a news conference Thursday to deliver the results.

The New York Times reported the review clears Christie of involvement in the plot to block traffic in Fort Lee, a town at the base of the George Washington Bridge, apparently to punish a local mayor who didn't endorse Christie.

The scandal has overshadowed the Republican governor, a potential 2016 presidential candidate.

The report is based on thousands of documents and scores of interviews.

Democrats say Mastro's report is incomplete because it does not include interviews with people central to the plot, including the aide who sent the message, "Time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee."

For decades, making some quick cash was the main drive behind so many who took the ride down the parkway to Atlantic City. But with so much to choose from nowadays, it looks like Atlantic City is in a lot of trouble.
