NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow's critics have been having a field day with the Hollywood starlet as of late.

First she and husband of 11 years, Chris Martin, were criticized for their 'new agey' way of announcing their split  by saying they were 'consciously uncoupling' instead of saying 'divorcing,'  now, an interview Paltrow did with E! is drawing the ire of moms.

"I think it's different when you have an office job, because it's routine and, you know, you can do all the stuff in the morning and then you come home in the evening," said Paltrow. "When you're shooting a movie, they're like, 'We need you to go to Wisconsin for two weeks,' and then you work 14 hours a day and that part of it is very difficult. I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges, but it's not like being on set."

In response, one mother took to the New York Post to share her anger about Paltrow's comments in an open letter to the actress.

“Thank God I don’t make millions filming one movie per year” is what I say to myself pretty much every morning as I wait on a windy Metro-North platform, about to begin my 45-minute commute into the city. Whenever things get rough, all I have to do is keep reminding myself of that fact. It is my mantra," said Mackenzie Dawson.

Paltrow spoke out for the first time after announcing the split on Friday on her lifestyle website Goop.

"P.S. CM and I in deep gratitude for the support of so many" with a small heart added at the end.

The post came below an introduction on how to prepare chicken in three different ways.

Paltrow, 41, and Martin, 37, the frontman for Coldplay married in 2003 and have two children, Apple, 9, and Moses, 7.

It appears the subway bedbug problem we've been reporting is getting worse. Commuters already have to contend with sweltering platforms, scurrying rats and packed train cars, and now there's another transit woe: fear of bedbugs.
