Police Arrest Man Accused of Robbing Feltonville Metro PCS

FELTONVILLE, Pa. -

Police have arrested a man they say robbed a Metro PCS store in Feltonville on March 27.

At 10:40a.m. , police say 39-year old Sean Amaro entered the Metro PSC store on 4430 North 5th Street and inquired about purchasing a cell phone.

The store's employee told the suspect other customers were in a head of him and they would be with him momentarily.

When the employee started to assist the suspect, he pushed the employee in a chair and demanded money.

The suspect then threated the employee. He put his hands in his pocket and implied he had a gun.

After taking several cell phones and an undetermined amount of money the suspect fled and was last seen walking West Blavis Street then north on Reese Street.

Amaro is charged with multiple robberies and related offenses.

    Summer is not over just yet!  90 degree temperatures will take us into September.  Much of the week ahead is looking hot with temps in the 90's and upper 80's.
