PORT ORANGE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Police have made an arrest in a 2013 double traffic fatality in Port Orange.

On October 27, Teresa C. Shinaver and husband James H. Shinaver were both killed while waiting for a red light on northbound lanes of Yorktown Boulevard at the intersection of Dunlawton Avenue.

Investigators said Patrick Ryan Shea, 32, of Daytona Beach, collided with the Shinavers when he sped through a red light.  Shea and two passengers sustained injures as a result of the crash and were transported to a hospital.

Port Orange police detectives said Shea was traveling just under 75 miles per hour at the time of crash and under the influence of alcohol.

After a warrant was issued for his arrest, Shea turned himself into the Volusia County Branch Jail.  He is charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter, two counts of vehicular homicide, and two counts of DUI with injury and property damage.

Shea's bond was set at $81,000.
