Bon Appetit: Fresh Spring Sides

To kick off spring and help update your Easter menu, Bon Appétit Editor in Chief, Adam Rapoport stopped by to whip up some fresh and flavorful appetizers, sides and even a cocktail.

Adam Rapoport is the Editor in Chief of Bon Appétit magazine. In 2014, under his direction, Bon Appétit received five ASME nominations, including a nod for Magazine of the Year as well as two James Beard nominations. In 2013, Bon Appétit was named the Advertising Age A-List Magazine of the Year and Hottest Food Magazine by AdWeek.

Mr. Rapoport recently oversaw the production of the magazine's latest app Thanksgiving: A Bon Appétit Manual and the publication of the brand's latest cookbook The Grilling Book: The Definitive Guide.

Before joining Bon Appétit in 2010, Rapoport was GQ's Style Editor, where he covered food, travel, fashion, design, film and music. Prior to his time at Condé Nast he served as editor of the restaurant section at Time Out New York and worked as an editor and writer for the James Beard Foundation's Publications Office.

He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and lives in New York City with his wife and their son.
