Posted: Updated:

The description posted to Reddit: “Told my dad he is going to be a grandpa. I am his only child and my mother passed away 20 years ago. He has been asking us for grandchildren since our wedding night. I think he is happy.”

While out to eat, a Michigan couple gave the grandfather-to-be a box containing a pacifier, with a note attached.

The good news sends him over-the-top with joy, making him giddy as a kid before he’s overcome with tears of joy.
