EVANSTON, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

Three men were charged Saturday for allegedly stealing from multiple vehicles in north suburban Evanston last week.

The three men—two 18 and one 19—took items ranging from electronics to golf clubs from numerous vehicles parked outside at least 10 addresses in Evanston on May 1 and 2, police said in a statement.

Patrol officers who were on midnight watch May 2 caught two of the men in the act and arrested them, police said. The third man was arrested later, but it was unclear who took him in to custody.

A home near one of the incidents had a video camera facing the street, which captured a surveillance photo of a robbery that police used in the investigation, police said.

Noah J. Whitley-Allen, 19, was charged with six felony counts of burglary, one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of cannabis, police said.

The two 18-year-olds, Matias Nobile and Parker J. Cavalier, were each charged with five felony counts of burglary, police said.

Police recovered some of the stolen items, but the owners have not been identified, police said.

Bond information was not available for the suspects, all from Evanston. They will next appear May 22 in Skokie.
