Agents with the Transportation Security Administration seized 33 firearms over the past week at airports around the nation, 25 of which were loaded and eight had rounds that were chambered at the time the weapons were confiscated. Two of those seizures were conducted at Orlando International Airport.
In addition, TSA agents discovered 38 "credit card" knives, a "hair brush" dagger, a "stun cane," M-1000 fireworks, two inert grenades and other prohibited items. A credit card knife fits in a wallet just as a credit card would, hence the name. They’re slightly thicker than a credit card and one unfolds into a knife, while other types have a blade that pulls out.
