Robert Kobe died after he hit his head on a concrete walkway after allegedly being pushed by a fifteen-year-old boy.

The Oakland County medical examiner's office has ruled the the Westland man's death a homicide.

Kobe, 55, attended the Hank Williams, Jr. concert Sunday at DTE Energy Music Theatre with the teen and large group of friends.

The Oakland County prosecutor's office won't decide if the boy will face charges until late next week.

Kobe's son, Cory Kobe, says what happened was a tragic accident and he believes the teen should not be charged.
