DETROIT (WJBK) - Back from Atlanta, Georgia and sitting emotionless was Erin Justice during his video arraignment Wednesday as the family of his murdered wife, Alicia Fox, looked on.

"He's nothing to me," said Christine Doughty, sister of Alicia Fox. "I don't even look at him as a human anymore. He's a monster."

Justice, 27, is a habitual offender and faces life in prison  for first degree murder along with weapons charges. He is accused of shooting Fox to death.

Her decomposed body was found in a vacant home on the city's west side in June. Outside of court, her uncle recalls the gruesome discovery.

"I'm heartbroken because it affects a whole lot of people," said Michael Fields, uncle of Alicia Fox.

Her family says that the hardest part is still not knowing where Fox's young children are. Kaylah Hunter, 6, and 8-month-old Kristian Justice, who have been missing ever since.

Although they say locating Fox's family dog last week has given them some hope that her children will also be found.

Fox's family says it is hard to face the reality that it's been months since they've seen the children alive.

A friend of Erin Justice, Timothy Jones, is charged with being an accessory.

But questions of how and why remain.
